Shockwave therapy isn’t appropriate for everyone. Please don’t use this form if any of the following apply to you:
- You are currently pregnant
- You have a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication
- You have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device
- You have active cancer in the area to be treated
- You have an open wound, infection, or skin condition over the area to be treated
- You’ve had a cortisone injection in the area within the past 6 weeks
By submitting this form, you confirm that none of these apply to you. If any of them do, please call us at 732-389-2800 instead. Some are temporary, such as a recent injection, and simply mean waiting before treatment can start.
Your privacy matters. This form is for general questions and scheduling. Please share only basic information, like where it hurts and how long it’s been going on.
